Barnett Shale: Judge says water well case nationally significant

The EPA allegation that two Parker County water wells were contaminated via gas drilling by Range Resources could prove to be "of extreme significance". A federal judge in Austin has granted lawyers for Fort Worth-based Range Resources the right to take the deposition of an EPA official regarding the contamination investigation.
