Be careful what you wish for. I know most people can't seem to learn from watching what has happened to others because they get blinded by the $$$. Those of us who are suffering from the ill effects of this industry are working very hard for better regulation. Industry can do a much better job but they won't unless it's required. Leaving them on the honor system doesn't work. Maybe by the time they move into Hill County, we'll have them better regulated so they won't make such a mess in your part of the world.
More leadership and less cheer-leading on your part would be helpful.
