
New signage on Hwy 174, about 2 miles south of Cleburne, shows the area location of several oil and gas service companies with Barnett Shale operations in Johnson, Hill and surrounding counties.

A bird? A plane? No, it's...I'm not sure. Saw this huge 'object' navigating the streets of Whitney.

It resembles a solid rocket booster from a space shuttle mission.

I assume that an object this large could possibly be headed to a nearby nuclear facilty. Maybe someone could comment on what this might be.

This is probably one of the many pieces of the upgrade on the gas power generating plant below Lake Whitney. I believe there are up to 400 employees now upgrading this plant for the next few years.
