CLARIFICATION: Regarding a recent anonymous comment about the $17K amount per net mineral acre offered to residential lessors in south Arlington. The lease contract states $7K per residential lot. However, please understand that it takes several residential lots to make up one 'net mineral acre'. That apparently is where one might get confused.
