RE: $17K/net mineral acre - S.E. Arlington

CLARIFICATION: Regarding a recent anonymous comment about the $17K amount per net mineral acre offered to residential lessors in south Arlington. The lease contract states $7K per residential lot. However, please understand that it takes several residential lots to make up one 'net mineral acre'. That apparently is where one might get confused. Please click on this link for an explanation: Natural Gas Drilling: SE Arlington. Also, this next link provides further details: Payment Voucher and Detailed Summary .
