West Texas Dust Storm hits Cowtown

What a contrast from earlier in the week. High winds change the sky from a soft blue to a burnt orange-brown. Large trees were downed and power to parts of DFW was knocked out for a while. We are minus around 20 shingles, but thanking the good Lord that it wasn't any worse.

Johnson County Courthouse at Sunset

An overcast sky provides an ideal 'backdrop' as the rejuvenation of the courthouse in Cleburne continues.

My Job is 'BORING'!

Across the Miles

Segar's Farms
Line emerges from under the Nolan River and crosses HCR 1123 heading northward.
Welding crew nears end of a long day and the end of a huge project.
Not sure who lives here, but pardon me while I get my bearings.
The sun finally makes a brief appearance near RR switching shack outside of Blum.
